One-to-one at-home exercise sessions offer a personalised and accessible way to stay active in the comfort of your own home.
During your free initial consultation, we’ll have a relaxed chat about your current situation, health needs, and personal goals. From this, I will create a tailored exercise plan designed to support positive changes to your health, strength, and confidence.
Each session is friendly, supportive, and adapted to you, using specialist equipment such as resistance bands and Pilates balls to ensure exercises are safe, effective, and enjoyable.
I’m also happy to support you between sessions by providing simple at-home exercises and lifestyle guidance, helping you continue making progress at your own pace.

I also provide exercise sessions in sheltered housing and care home settings. I delivering tailored seated and sit-to-stand group classes (often in communal lounge areas) as well as one-to-one sessions in individuals’ own flats or rooms.
Sessions are adapted to suit a wide range of abilities and health conditions, including supporting people living with dementia, as well as physical health conditions. Alongside exercise, I also deliver wellbeing activities, games, and educational health workshops, helping to encourage movement, confidence, and social connection.
